Welcome Back 90 Day Pils and Our 90 Gold Lids Giveaway
BACK TO FUN STUFFA very warm welcome back to our favourite annual ritual, 90 Day Pilsner – this time round with more hops. The aim of this 90 day experiment was to develop a lengthy conditioning process to create the cleanest pilsner possible, and build a layered hop character through staggered dry hopping: Day 26 – Motueka / Day 52 – Nelson Sauvin / Day 78 – Motueka
Expect lemon, lime and mandarin hop character balancing the sweet almond and bread crust flavour from the combo of pilsner and ale malts, creating the perfect New World Pils.
As an extra special winter treat from our brewers, THE GREAT GOLDEN LID GIVEAWAY IS BACK TOO. Our production team have hidden 90 gold lids throughout the canning run. Anyone who finds a golden can is a winner !!! and it will say WINNER on the bottom of the can.
