With sweeping views over rural landscape and the Indian Ocean, Eagle Bay Brewing Co is a microbrewery, restaurant and vineyard tucked away on the family farm, in the northwestern corner of the Margaret River wine region.
Eagle Bay Brewing Co is owned and operated from the ground up since 2010 by third generation local farming siblings Nick, Astrid and Adrian d’Espeissis. The property has been in the family since 1950 and the farm is still operational with the trio’s father John still farming the land that the building overlooks Cape Naturaliste
Our beers are handcrafted and brewed in small batches and made with only four ingredients; freshly harvested rainwater, malted barley, yeast, hops and sunshine to power our brewery. We do not add any preservatives to our brews and we source quality ingredients from around the globe to bring you freshly brewed beer to your glass.
The property has a 25 year-old vineyard and fruit from this vineyard is picked to make a selection of Eagle Bay Vineyard wines.
The Eagle Bay Brewing Co. kitchen is headed-up by Head Chef Rupert Brown and the food is wholesome, simple and fresh, full of local produce, including seasonal ingredients freshly plucked from our kitchen garden. Our food is created according to old-fashioned cooking principals with no short cuts and the menu changes every season.
THE LINE UP
Our Kolsch is designed as a thirst quencher.
It’s a light and bright handcrafted beer. Golden straw in colour and well balanced with subtle fruity characters from the hops. An all round firm favourite.
Meet our Sea Salt Sesame Stout – another dark beer dedicated to winter down south and part of our single series, one-off brews of 1,000 litres created by our Brewer’s, allowing them to explore different styles, experiment with ingredients and have some fun.
Sea Salt Sesame Stout is brewed with roasted sesame seeds and sea salt. This rich and full bodied stout offers both layers of smooth and savoury, with dark chocolate and biscuit notes. On the finish nicely roasted bitterness and balance. Definitely an winter umami adventure.

Once the last drop of beer has been poured give your growler a good rinse and head back to our place to re-fill, any day of the week from 11am to 5pm daily.
