OUR RESTAURANT & GARDEN BAR

Since we opened our doors in December 2010, our Head Chef Rupert Brown has headed up our kitchen team.

Building our restaurant from the ground up and focusing on modern Australian brewpub food that evolves with the seasons. Rupert and our kitchen team have a strong commitment to local produce, and tend to our kitchen garden and orchard.

We have the pleasure of working with some of the Margaret River region’s finest producers and access to loads of seasonal herbs, vegetables and citrus plucked fresh on-site.

We love a good gathering, whether it’s a long lunch with friends or a cheeky afternoon drink, we have all bases covered for everyone on all occasions.

Our restaurant is open everyday for everybody, from 11am – 5pm. Our new garden bar is open every Saturday and Sunday. Walk ins always welcome.

Book a Brewery Tour Experience

Come and join us for a behind the scenes look at where our Eagle Bay beers are made. You will start with a tour through the brewery to see the process from the grain all the way to tank and finish with a tasting paddle of all our favourite brews fresh from the tap.

Approximately 1hr duration. $45 per person.

Please note brewery tours are only currently running on Saturdays and Sundays.

OUR GARDEN BAR

Our brand new garden bar is now open for drinks every Sat and Sun (and everyday during school hols)! We are also taking enquires to privately book this space for your next function or event, shoot us an email at functions@eaglebaybrewing.com.au for more details.

OUR GARDEN

Right next to our garden bar, the expansive outdoor grounds at Eagle Bay Brewing Co open out to our organic kitchen garden.

In conjunction with our seasonally inspired menu our timber garden beds are filled with fragrant herbs and fresh vegetables, picked daily by our kitchen team to create our delicious dishes. Also tucked away behind our kitchen garden sits our orchard with a variety of citrus fruits and flowers. Our Kitchen team and our local gardener Nina collaborate to bring beautiful fresh produce to our Eagle Bay kitchen, maintain organic garden beds and self-sufficient soil fertilisation.
