Since we opened our doors in December 2010 our Head Chef Rupert Brown has headed up our kitchen team, building and evolving our restaurant from the ground up over the past 12 years.
Rupert and our kitchen team have a strong commitment to local produce, our kitchen garden and seasonality. We have the pleasure of working with some of the Margaret River region’s finest producers and access to loads of seasonal herbs, vegetables and citrus plucked fresh from our garden. We love serving up delicious modern Australian style food to compliment our handcrafted beers and wines. We love a good gathering, whether it’s long lunch with friends or a cheeky afternoon drink, we have all bases covered for everyone on all occasions.

Book a Brewery Tour Experience
Come and join us for a behind the scenes look at where our Eagle Bay beers are made. You will start with a tour through the brewery to see the process from the grain all the way to tank and finish with a tasting paddle of all our favourite brews fresh from the tap.
Approximately 1hr duration. $45 per person.
Please note brewery tours are only currently running on Saturdays and Sundays.
Join us for a tasting of our beautifully curated wines from Eagle Bay Vineyard.
Our wines are about bringing together thoughtfully grown grapes from our small vineyard on the family farm, and creating some easy drinking vino’s to be enjoyed now. Sold exclusively in our cellar door and served in our restaurant, this is your chance to taste everything we have on offer with a guided tasting from our Experiences Manager, Sarah.
Our wine tasting experience includes a seated tasting where you will get to taste the entirety of our wine range and learn about the history of our vineyard. There will be 10 wines to sample and an option to add on our very special reserve red blend.
Approximately 30-45min duration. $15pp.
Tasting fee to be paid on the day & can be redeemed on bottle purchase should each person purchase a bottle thereafter.
Built for kids young and old, set sail on our brand new pirate ship.
The expansive outdoor grounds at Eagle Bay Brewing Co open out to our organic kitchen garden. In conjunction with our seasonally inspired menu our timber garden beds are filled with fragrant herbs and fresh vegetables which are picked daily by our kitchen team to create some of the delicious dishes on offer. Also tucked away behind our kitchen garden sit’s our orchard with a variety of citrus fruits and flowers. Our Kitchen team and our local gardener Nina collaborate to bring beautiful fresh produce to our Eagle Bay kitchen, maintain organic garden beds and self-sufficient soil fertilisation.
Explore our kitchen garden next time you visit and see what we have on offer.
