Eagle Bay Brewing Co are launching a new beer, brewed and canned on-site in Eagle Bay. Say helloooooooooo to our West Coast Pilsner !!! It’s an easy drinking, hoppy lager, landing at 4,5% ABV. Clean, bright and tropical. We’re calling it the perfect new side kick for summer. It’s officially launching – down south gets first dibs launching from next Friday 15th November and hitting Perth from Friday 22nd November.
To celebrate our West Coast Pilsner and all things southwest summer – we thought what would taste mighty fine with our pilsner? The answer is freshly made parathas, filled with delicious house made wonders and local ingredients by Dahl Daddys from Margaret River.
Eagle Bay Brewing Co and Dahl Daddys are packing up and bringing our goodies to Mane Liquor Osbourne Park, on Saturday 23rd November for a Pilsner and Paratha Pop-up. The event kicks off from 12 noon with beer tastings by Eagle Bay Brewing and Dahl Daddy’s pumping delicious eats out of the pop-up kitchen.
From 12 noon until 3pm, you can expect good times from our hosts with the most Mane Liquor, the Eagle Bay crew handling all things beer related things including free tastings, banter, and an occasional giveaway.
Corey & Imogin from Dahl Daddy’s will be running a selection of vibrant goods on the menu. What is a paratha you ask? It’s basically a South Asian taco, layered, flaky flatbread pan fried and loaded with tasty things like Dhufish among many other things. Plus their house made condiments (make your paratha spicy, shrimpy, sour, your choice)!
Simply incredible and not to be missed ! Come join us, it’s gonna be a good one !
