Our Bohemian Pilsner is brewed once a year to celebrate the fleeting moment of the annual hop harvest in the Margaret River region. We collaborate with local hop farm Margaret River Hops to create a Pilsner where old world meets new world, and locally grown and harvested ingredients meet the best global additions.

Sourcing exceptional floor-malted Bohemian Pilsner malt directly from the Czech Republic and WA grown and malted Pilsner malt from Mallokup Malt, along with intensely aromatic Beedelup and Victoria hops from Margaret River Hops, this beer delivers a moreish bready and biscuity malt profile and bright stone fruit, herbal and citrus characters from the local hops, which are delivered to the brewery and used for dry hopping within ten days of being picked. 

Available in a 16 pack cube or as a 4 pack added to a mixed cube.
