OUR STORY
Tucked away on the family farm in Cape Naturaliste, Eagle Bay Brewing Co. is a family-owned brewery, vineyard, and brewpub in the Margaret River region, where sweeping views of the Indian Ocean set the scene. Since 2010, siblings Nick, Astrid, and Adrian d’Espeissis have grown Eagle Bay into one of the most loved breweries near Dunsborough and a favourite spot for long, relaxed lunches.
Every beer is handcrafted in small batches, brewed using freshly harvested rainwater, quality local ingredients, and powered by sunshine.
The on-site vineyard, planted by their parents in 1995, produces fruit used in Eagle Bay’s wines, while the restaurant showcases fresh, seasonal produce with dishes designed to share.

In our Eagle Bay brewhouse, our Brewer’s craft, brew and package every beer on-site using freshly harvested rainwater and the best local ingredients.
With no preservatives or additives, each brew is made with balance and sessionability in mind, perfect for sharing with friends in the sunshine or after a day exploring our beautiful backyard down south.
Our core range features six approachable styles: Kolsch, Wheatbelt Lager, XPA, Pale Ale West Coast Pilsner, and Cacao Stout.

15 Acres Of Eagle Bay Vineyard
Our small-batch Eagle Bay Vineyard wines are made with a focus on quality over quantity. With just 15 acres under vine, each harvest is carefully managed to produce premium fruit, which we combine with select grapes from favourite local growers. Working alongside some of the region’s best winemakers, we craft a small batch range including Chardonnay, Rosé, Sauvignon Blanc blends, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and sparkling wines.
These limited-release wines are made to be shared and enjoyed, available exclusively at our restaurant in the Margaret River region, from our provisions store, or online.
