Eagle Bay Brewing Co. is gearing up for a sun-drenched season filled with community, coastal moments and plenty to celebrate. From brand-new morning coffee sessions to extended summer hours, a stacked live music lineup and a milestone birthday party, the brewery is set for its biggest summer yet. We've got three good excuses to get the gang together this summer.

1. Introducing Morning Brews, Daily from 20 December to 25th January

Kicking off on Friday 20 December, Eagle Bay Brewing Co. will open bright and early with Morning Brews, serving freshly brewed coffee from 7am–11am daily all summer long. 

To welcome the new offering, our friends at Form Society will host a pilates session on the lawn from 7–8am on the opening morning (which is now booked out but join the waitlist !!) Guests are invited to stretch into the day, soak up the early sunshine and enjoy their first morning brew of the season. 

Morning Brews will run through to 1 February, offering good morning brews and lawn hangouts sunshine daily.

2. Extended Summer Opening Hours

With long afternoons and holiday hangs in full swing, Eagle Bay Brewing Co. will move into extended summer trading hours: 

5 January – 23 January 
• Venue: 11am–7pm 
• Kitchen: 11am–5pm 

Australia Day Long Weekend (24 & 25 January) 
• Venue: 11am–8pm 
• Kitchen: 11am–6:30pm 
Regular trading hours resume from 26 January of 11am to 5pm 

3. Live Music on the Lawn, Every Saturday 

Summer Saturdays at Eagle Bay will once again feature live local music on the lawn, with a rotating lineup of talent bringing the afternoon vibe every Saturday from 20th December through January.  

20th December – Shmoné 

27th December – Jordy Maxwell 

3rd January – Turin 

10th January – Nathan Parsons 

17th January – Jordy Maxwell 

24th January – Polly Medlen & Tom Reagan

One helluva of a summer ahead at Eagle Bay with a calendar full of moments to gather, sip, celebrate and unwind, it's gonna be a jatz cracker of a season.
