Meet Hayden Vink, our Head Chef.

Born and raised in Western Australia, Hayden brings years of experience, a passion for local produce and a cooking style that's designed to be shared around the table.

A Journey Through Great Kitchens

Hayden's culinary career has taken him from kitchens across Western Australia to Europe, where he refined his skills working in high-end restaurants, intimate degustation experiences and traditional wood-fired kitchens.

Along the way, he developed a cooking style influenced by a range of global cuisines while remaining firmly grounded in quality local ingredients.

Inspired by Bold Flavours

Hayden draws inspiration from South East Asian, Japanese and South American cooking.

The result is a menu that's vibrant, balanced and packed with flavour.
