It's one of our favourite beers to brew, and one of the most anticipated beers to drink.

Celebrating the Margaret River Hop Harvest

Each autumn, we partner with our friends at Margaret River Hops to brew a beer that showcases the very best of the season.

Using freshly harvested Beedelup and Victoria hops, the beer goes from vine to brew tank in less than ten days, preserving the vibrant aromas that can only be captured during hop harvest.

Fresh hop beers like this are only possible once a year, making every batch something truly special.

Old World Tradition Meets Local Ingredients

Our Hop Harvest Bohemian Pilsner is built on a foundation of classic brewing techniques while celebrating the incredible ingredients grown here in Western Australia.

We combine:

• Floor-malted Bohemian Pilsner malt from the Czech Republic.
• WA-grown malt from Mallokup Malt.
• Freshly harvested Beedelup and Victoria hops from Margaret River Hops.
• Rainwater collected on our family farm.

The result is a beer that honours traditional European brewing while expressing the unique character of the South West.
