90 days from brew date to filter. This 90-day experiment is all about layering hop character through staggered dry hopping over a lengthy conditioning period, and in its fourth reiteration, this cult classic has joined our Modern Retro Lager Project family

THE TASTING NOTES
Mandarin, lemon and lime balance a rich malt body that hides beneath. Pilsner and ale malt provide a crisp mouthfeel with subtle bread and a biscuit character that lingers throughout. A modern day pils best matched with our iconic West Oz summer arvos.
