Double the zest, double the hops…The amplified version of our Grapefruit Hazy has arrived !. A juicy IIPA featuring bursts of grapefruit zested from our brewery orchard, layered with bright citrus flavour thanks to a Talus dry hop. Southern Cross hops add layers of lemon, lime and a heavy hit of pine. Rounded out with a balanced bitterness to land us in true IIPA territory.
About the 90 Day Pilsner 5.2%
Our 90 day experiment has returned. The aim of this annual release beer is to develop a lengthy conditioning process that showcases the cleanest pilsner possible and builds a layered hop character through staggered dry hopping with the ultimate Freestyle Hops combo.Day 26 Motueka hops added, Day 52 Nelson Sauvin hops added / Day 78 Motueka hops added. Lemon, lime and mandarin hop character balance the sweet almond and bread crust flavour from the combo of pilsner and ale malt, creating the perfect New World Pils.
