HOP PUNCH HAZY & CITRUS WEST COAST - IPA SERIES
BACK TO FUN STUFFOUR FIRST SINGLE SERIES IPA IN A CAN IS HERE!
Over the coming months, you’ll notice our rotational IPA series rolling out across bottleshop shelves. Rather than add an IPA to our core range, we are experimenting with different flavours, hopping techniques and brewing methods, to create a series of punchy IPAs, no two the same.
IPA #1 – Hop Punch Hazy
IPA #2 – Citrus West Coast
Hop Punch Hazy is loaded with lemon, lime, tangerine, mango + pine, to kick off a tropical fruit party full of Sahara suits, flares, mimosas, and orange tinted sunglasses. Coming in at 6.6% ABV, with a touch of pilsner malt character and bitterness to bring everything together and create a balanced yet bold hazy IPA.
Citrus West Coast is a true labour of love, as we zest 30kg of citrus from our farm orchard, before throwing in all of our favourite Kiwi + American hops. Lemon, Orange and Grapefruit sit up front with bright citrus aromatics. American hops provide big gooey pineapple and overripe mango flavours. A light malt base and dry finish accentuate just enough bitterness to make this a modern take on a west coast classic.
