6281 SourBACK TO FUN STUFF
Meet our single series, a variety of one-off single batch brew’s of only 1,000 liters, created by our Brewer’s, allowing them to explore different styles, experiment with local ingredients and have some fun.
This Gose is designed around very local ingredients, all found in our backyard – postcode 6281. Geraldton wax from our brewery garden, Saltbush from Gannet Rock and 40 liters of salt water from Eagle Bay beach.
Enjoy zesty lemon and earthy pine needle aroma’s upfront, followed by a melting pot of lemon peel & fresh hay. To finish the Saltbush and sea water bring a savoury and salted popcorn vibe to the pallet. A very easy to drink sour.
